A test is one cloned store with ads running on it. Two ways in:
Pipeline — a launch that reaches Live lands here by itself and the rules propose its first budget.
Already running — press Add a running test for a store Sofial is already advertising, with the budget it runs on today.
Every day — the VA sends /spend domain amount, gameofscale is read at the sync hours, the rules say keep / scale / stop, you tap /ok on Telegram, the VA does it and sends /did.
Launches
Nothing in the pipeline yet
A launch starts with one brief. Everything below happens on its own from there.
You fill in the brief — domain, the catalogue to clone, country, language, TikTok handle. ≈1 min
Machine scrapes the catalogue, reprices it, imports the products, builds collections, writes the four policies and pages, sets the menu, publishes it. ≈3–10 min
Machine audits the storefront and repairs what it can — missing policies, unpublished collections. ≈1 min
Usman applies the 13 Store Ready rules (.shop domain, no Buy-now, cart as a page, 9.99 everywhere, footer email + address, no English leftovers). His /done is checked on the live store.
Payment partner gets the handoff. Cart is checked before the stage closes.
Sofial gets a Telegram message for the TikTok profile, the creatives, then the ad launch. Each /done is verified against the live store before it counts.
Stores
Every store, one console
Connect a store with its own client id + secret (Settings → Apps → Develop apps, two minutes) — no Partner app needed.
Products — search, edit, rewrite descriptions with AI in the store's language, generate mockups and lifestyle photos, add new products from a one-line brief.
Reviews — written per product in the local language, with optional customer photos, as an Areviews import file.
Next — Merchant Center status per store, profit from Profit Desk, tickets from Support Desk.
Store
Profit Desk = Shopify orders − supplier cost − ads − payment and platform fees. Supplier = what HST ERP quoted on the same orders.
Facebook switches on with your first launch
This space will hold the brand's creatives (statics from the ad templates, UGC videos, advertorials) and the campaigns launched through the Meta Marketing API — the one channel where kill and scale can run without a person.
